Privacynotice.
This notice covers the information you send us through allpointsco.com — the contact, RFP, custom-network and resource forms. It is short because the site collects little: what you choose to type into a form, and nothing more.

Who we are
This site is operated by All Points Co., trading as All Points Media (“APM”, “we”, “us”). We are a place-based media and audience-activation company with offices in Beaverton, OR and Media, PA. Our full addresses and contact details are at the end of this notice.
We are the controller of the information described below — it is collected by us, for our own use in responding to you, and it is not collected on behalf of anyone else.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us. There is no account system, no login and no profile-building on this site. Depending on which form you use, we ask for:
- Strategy session — your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), industry, the challenge you are trying to solve, and any additional notes you add.
- RFP submission — your company, contact name, project timeline, budget range, project description, and an optional file attachment (your RFP or brief).
- Custom network request — the audience you need to reach, geography, industry, goals and desired outcomes, and timeline.
- Resource download — your name, company, email address, role and industry.
Free-text fields — “what challenge are you trying to solve”, project descriptions, notes and uploaded briefs — will contain whatever you put in them, so please send only what you are comfortable sharing at an early commercial stage. In particular, do not send patient information, protected health information, personnel records, or any other sensitive or regulated data through these forms. If a project needs that kind of information, we will agree a secure channel and the appropriate agreements with you first.
We also receive whatever you include when you email or call us directly, and our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested page and timestamp) for security and reliability. Those logs are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with your form submission.
Why we use it
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry: to understand the audience you need to reach, to answer your questions, to prepare a proposal, media plan or RFP response, and to send you the resource you requested. Where you have asked us to contact you, that is what we do with your contact details.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join, and we do not make automated decisions about you. If we later want to send you something you did not request, we will ask first, and every such message will carry an unsubscribe link.
Who sees it
Inside APM, your submission is seen by the people who need it to answer you — typically the strategy, sales and account leads for your industry, plus operations colleagues if a project moves forward.
Technically, a form submission is sent to this site's own server, which forwards it to Keystone — the lead system run by MEGA, the agency that builds and operates this site — so that it reaches the right person at APM. If a delivery copy is configured, it is also sent to APM's own inbox or CRM. It is not posted to an advertising network or sold to a data broker.
Outside APM, your submission is therefore handled by the providers that run this site, its lead system, our email and our customer records — each acting on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we are working with you, and for as long afterwards as we need it for our business records, tax and legal obligations.
Where an enquiry does not become a project, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact with you. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time — see below.
Your choices — access, correction, deletion
You can ask us for a copy of the information you have sent us, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email sales@allpointsco.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, call (503) 626-0669, or write to either office address below.
We will acknowledge your request and respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for it, and we will not treat you differently for having made it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your state attorney general or data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted enquiries is limited to the APM staff who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, which is the practical reason for the request above: please keep regulated or confidential material out of a web form until we have agreed a proper channel for it.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how this site handles your information, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date above. Material changes — new tracking, a new purpose, a new category of recipient — will be described here plainly rather than folded into the text.
